The working principle of this machine:

This machine is a collection of 2 times carbon spreading 4 times glue spraying composite device in one, each mechanism by independent adjustable. The material is put into the roll, after correcting the deviation, it enters into the No.1 spraying system to spray the glue, No.1 spreading carbon (make the carbon powder adhering to the material), 2 times spraying glue and the material composite, 3 times spraying glue, 2 times spreading carbon, 4 times spraying glue and the upper layer of the material composite, flat pressure, slitting, and enter into the friction work station to collect the rolls.
